Adapted Yoga Class

Register for a 5-week adapted yoga class at SSCY Centre on Saturday mornings. Join us to learn calming yoga poses and mindfulness techniques. This program is for youth living with disabilities ages 8-20, to be accompanied by a caregiver. The cost is $25 for the 5-week session. Virtual attendance is also available at a reduced cost of $15 for the 5-week session.
